  6. I'm on Plaquenil for leukocytoclastic vasculitis among other autoimmune problems. Is this why Plaquenil is thought to be effective in treating this? I keep hearing about the vascular problems with the virus and autoimmune drug intervention, but I'm confused about the intent behind the medicine.
